Rooted in Floresville, Texas, Know and Grow Microgreens is the realization of Stephanie Mahan's vision. As a devoted Neonatal Nurse Practitioner deeply ingrained in the community since 1997, Stephanie, alongside her son Justin Mahan, an esteemed Air Force veteran and Floresville High School alumnus, established this family-run venture.
